Digital Engineering, Inc. provides service & repair capabilities for the Printronix P5000 Line Matrix Printers.  This model of printer is used extensively throughout the pulp and paper industry for printing large labels for paper rolls processed in paper mill finishing rooms.  The models of printers currently serviced are P5005A-12, P5008 but the other models in the series are also supported.

We have excellent connections with the manufacturers representatives in Canada and the United States of America for supplies, factory service, factory rebuilds and support where required.  New replacement or factory rebuilds are also available.  Printers are serviced at our shop in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada with standard repair time from 1 - 3 weeks depending upon the problem and parts required.
